  1. What an incredibly valuable and empowering conversation about such a difficult and compex topic – and with love and respect for different views. And fun to listen to. It isn't just about loving yourself unapologetically for who you are but embracing the evolution of your own experience. This discussion gives the listener so much to think about and permission to see body positivity in the context of their own life, their own journey, and their 'why'. Thanks for this!

    1. Thanks for listening, and leaving us a comment, Stephanie! It's definitely a difficult & complex topic and I loved that Kelly & I can have conversations like that!

  2. Congratulations to you and Tish! You have a great foundational episode where we get to know you a bit and hear about your plans for the podcast. I love the openness, candor, and most of all the stories. Thank you for being vulnerable about the weight issues. Many of us have them, but it feels like a singular experience. at times It is nice to hear your discussions with Tish. I can clearly hear both of you and love that you share differing viewpoints on some issues, like taking weight loss drugs. I love the intro music and wish you much success with your new podcast.

This is a wonderful start, and I look forward to hearing more.
